Hi Jay , yes it happens when I go into the dropbox app to open the Word document.

What about when the app is closed, VEP? Are you seeing the same behavior?

    Hi Hanna, no it does not happen when the app is closed. Only when using the Dropbox app.

    Sorry, could you clarify what you mean when you say 'when using the Dropbox app'? Are you trying to open the Word file through the Dropbox desktop application?
