After upgrading and being on the Beta Programme but not receiving any invite or any kind of notification within the app, I spoke to support and had to manually download the updated Dropbox application and then update it.
I have synced everything (was pretty fast considering they say if you have 300,000+ files it can take a really long time) and it is currently "updating" which as usual sucks every ounce of memory and CPU usage out of the machine. Currently I've updated 185,013,044 files and counting...
Not sure exactly what it is updating to be honest. My folder(s) (I have business and personal) are both in the same place as they were, whereas their online support page says that the folders will be moved to here: ~/Library/CloudStorage after updating.

If your files aren't in the CloudStorage folder then you probably don't have the right update yet

I'm on version v171.3.6099 which apparently is the latest version but Dropbox won;t tell you what the latest version is as far as I can tell.
So if I'm not on the latest version, what the hell is the updating doing. Currently it's on 200,000,000 (that's right, 200 million) files and increasing.
