Dropbox support for macOS 12.3
So I'm referring to https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/macos-12-monterey-support
Does this mean it will be 100% safe to upgrade to macOS 12.3 as long as I keep Smart sync to Loc...

You can never ever say its 100% safe - simply because you'd be using a Beta OS and also a Beta version of Dropbox. However, it should work well, but, be cautious of the fact it is beta at all levels.
I know previously at last minute notice Apple have changed how stuff worked in beta versions meaning stuff which used to work no longer did when updated to the next release so thats also something to be aware of.

Megan, my Dropbox version is 147.4.4800, and I'm referring to this limitation:
Is there any estimated ETA to get this issue solved?

4 years agoHi rfog & Debsy, happy Tuesday!
At the moment there's no ETA unfortunately. We are still working on how to fully support macOS 12.3 (Monterey) and higher.
Also Debsy, what is the version of the app you're using on your end? Have you tried right clicking on your content, and choosing for it to be available offline?
Thanks!

Hi Megan. Like rfog The version of my Dropbox app is 147.4.4800. I terms of right clicking my content to make it available offline, do I have to do this with each file or is there a general setting I can use? e.g. turn on available offline for all content. I have to admit to burying my head in the sand with this after all of the issues I had when I upgraded my computer. I received some great support from the team but it was never really fully resolved.

Please can you give an update on when the Powerpoint issue (asking the user to repair and failing to open it) in dropbox will be fixed?

Dropbox team has responded on a different thread, so I would advise to continue replying there.
