DropBox will not show any files

I'm running android 14 on a Google Pixel and after the most recent update I can no longer see any files. My admin looked and said I still am part of the group. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and power cycles my phone. Gives me a message that says Dropbox was updated, then says "can't connect to Dropbox, Make sure your online, or try again later.
  • So far, it looks like that solved the problem of the files not showing and those annoying update screens. Thank you.

Hopefully, that solves JoshO's problem too.

Hey BrianF23 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you clarify the exact OS version of the affected devices and send us a screenshot of the last screen you can get to or any errors you might be getting?

Have you tried another network or cell data by any chance?

Dropbox app version before and after my reinstall is 350.2.4.

Android version in the attached image, along with the recurring update screens and offline message.

No difference in operation whether on wi-fi or cell connection.

Hey BrianF23, there's actually a new version of the app for Android out at the moment (352.2.2); would you mind updating to it and letting us know if you get the same behavior?

It did 🤘👍. Had to go all the way into the play store and click on it to even get the option for update. Wierd, would have thought it would download all the updates when I deleted and redownloaded yesterday 🤷‍♂️

    Thank you guys
