Dropboxinstaler.exe needs permission to download.

I am trying to download dropbox on my PC but keep getting this message "Dropboxinstaler.exe needs permission to download". I am not sure what to do.   Bernadette

Hey Bernadette P., let's jump right into this! 


If I understand this correctly this happens during the download process, not during the installation, right? Does this happen even when you try to download the app using a different browser altogether? 

 

Are you using the device using admin rights?
