Free 1 GB extra storage offer to install Dropbox Passwords

I got an offer of 1 GB extra storage if I installed Dropbox Passwords. I did so, but no extra storage. Was it a hoax?

    Hello,

     

    I also received a popup with an offer for 1GB for installing Dropbox Password, but have not received the promotional storage space after installing the extension. Can someone please look into this?

      Same here. Haven't gotten my 1GB yet. Any additional steps to take?

      FYI, it was pop-up prompt informing me that I could get an extra GB.
