Free 1 GB extra storage offer to install Dropbox Passwords

I got an offer of 1 GB extra storage if I installed Dropbox Passwords. I did so, but no extra storage. Was it a hoax?

Same here. Haven't gotten my 1GB yet. Any additional steps to take?

FYI, it was pop-up prompt informing me that I could get an extra GB.

    @Megan, I just got my 1 GB after logging in to my dropbox account. A pop-up re-directed me to get my 1 GB. All good here. Thanks!
