How do I access my vault?
I am trying to access my vault from the web portal. I look on the left hand scroll window and my vault is grayed out. I cannot interact with it. How do I access my vault?

Hi Steve S.77, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify exactly what you're experiencing on the site?
A screenshot of this would help us greatly and will help me to assist further!

Just for clarification, are you accessing it from the Dropbox site directly, or via another app, such as the Dropbox for S Mode app?

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend getting in contact with the support team directly for further assistance.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system. - DJDW3 years agoExplorer | Level 4
I had the same issue -- greyed out vault on website page. I used Support Chat and it turns out that Google Chrome prevented me from accessing my Vault. I was encouraged to try a different browser. I used Microsoft Edge and got into my Vault easily.
