How to download all my online-only files locally on my Mac?

PLEASE, spare me the convoluted deeply confusing previous replies or offers of solutions that do not assist in the SIMPLE answer needed. I have a MacMini M2 Pro with a 2TB internal SSD.  My Dropbox...

Hey guruunolet's jump right into this!

When you right click on a folder/file, would you be able to send me a screenshot of the options that you see there, in order for me to have a visual?

Also, would you mind clarifying the Dropbox icon you see next to the content you're trying to make available offline?

As for Synology, I was able to do some digging and found this article on their end, that should help. If you have any questions, I'm here.
