I can't install the app on my device. I get an error and the process aborts.

I get an error every time I try to install the app.  I've turned off Defender, downloaded the full installation package and installation still aborts.  Chatbot button isn't working either.  I'm paying $200/year and can't instll the app?  I might as well cancel my membership if I can't install the app.  Please advise.

Hey there, JRodinSac let's jump right into this!

What is the error that you get when trying to install the app? Also, can you confirm the OS you're using on your device?

If I were you, I'd also try our offline installer that can be found here. Can you give it a try if you haven't already?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

It says the installation was aborted.  I'm using WIndows 11.  I tried the offline installer and that didn't work either.

Hi JRodinSac, is this a company-managed device, or is this a personal machine?

Other than Defender do you perhaps have any security programs like an antivirus, VPN, firewall etc. that might be blocking Dropbox?

Have you by any chance rebooted your device? If I were you, I'd also try an advanced re-install and we can then take it from there.
