I can't login into my Dropbox Passwords using the 12 recovery words.
I recently wiped my PC's hard drive to get a fresh start, I don't have any other device signed in to dropbox, so my only option are the recovery worlds.
I input all the words, but then I get a red letter message that says "Something went wrong—please try again."
I know I have the right words because If I change any of them on purpose I'll get "That doesn’t look right. Check your spelling and try again".
Am I doing something wrong? or is this a bug?
Hey andresr255 I'd be more than happy to look into this with you!
Is it safe to assume that you're using the browser extension when this happens? If not, then feel free to correct me.
Out of curiosity, which browser do you use on your end, and do you get the same results if you try a different one altogether?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan, thank you a lot!
Yes, I'm using the browser extension. The problem was Google Chrome, I tried on Edge and it worked. Then I tried again on Chrome and a notification popped up from Edge asking me if I wanted to "allow another device to sign in". I clicked yes and now my Dropbox password is working on Chrome.
Thanks again.
