I can't open the Dropbox app on my Windows computer; I see errorjcl2tnvk.

Hello! My Dropbox-app at MacBook wont open at all. The errorcode is errorjcl2tnvk. What can it be?

We got the advanced reinstall-instructions from another person here and did everything there.

And then we got this errorfile instead: dropbox_errorzselak4m.txt

Can you please provide the full error log here or a screenshot of what you see? Without it, I’m afraid we won’t be able to provide much support on the forum.
