I have a Plus plan, but my desktop app shows a Basic 2GB.
I got a new mac (macbook pro M3) and I have a Dropbox subscription of 2T0 (Plus version) with already 2 mac using it. But when I load The dropbox soft on my new mac, the version I got is the free one...

Sign out of the app. Open Dropbox.com in your web browser and sign out there as well. Sign in to Dropbox.com using the correct email address. Then try signing back in to the Dropbox app on the computer.
