Hi Megan. I'm running on Windows 10 Pro. Hovering the mouse over the Dropbox icon in my taskbar doesn't tell me the version but I think I'm on Basic.

11 months agoHi from me too, andygerber74! Can you see your Dropbox app version this way perhaps? The app version Megan is referring to should be something similar to the one you see here.
As for your files returning back to your computer, can you open your local Dropbox folder and send me a screenshot of what you see there?
