I'm installing the Dropbox app on my MAC Sequoia 15.3.1 but nothing happens.

I am on MAC Sequoia 15.3.1 - I downloaded the dropbox install on my mac mini. I do install but nothing happen, can you help me ? thanks

Could you try an offline installer from Stable Build 218.4.4348 | The Dropbox Community ?

no, I had a time machine back up but it say I don't have permission to acces

Not on this computer, but on my laptop yes and still is, can I just copy ?

If I got this one right, it sounds like you're downloading the app and going through the installation process, but nothing happens, right?
Do you see any Dropbox icon on your Mac's dock or your menu bar? Do you get any errors when trying to install the app?
If nothing else works, feel free to perform an advanced reinstall too.
Keep me updated on the progress you make!

Hi, I never had dropbox on this new mac mini, Sequoia 15.3.1, is it possible it is not compatible ? The advanced reinstall doesn't work, thank you in advance for your help

Hey elg75000 - could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying the installer from the page Mark linked?
Also, have you ensured this is not caused by a security program on your computer and/or network?
