I have both my business and basic accounts setup on this MBP.
Dropbox folders are installed on local drive at the default location:
- /Users/<username>/<Business Account Dropbox Name>
- /Users/<username>/Dropbox (Personal)

Could you try the latest stable version of the Dropbox desktop app from this page and let us know if you get the same results?
Just make sure to toggle off the 'early releases' from your account settings first.
