New Mac won't synchronize after transferring all files and apps from old computer

Hello,

I purchased a new Mac. This one has the same storage capacity as my previous one. I transferred all my files and applications from one Mac to the other.

I connected my new Mac to Dropbox but it doesn't work:

- I can't open files from my Dropbox

- I can't preview images on my Bridge applications

- I managed to open one Indesign file but all the links are missing

Could you tell me how to proceed?

Thank you

If you're already on a paid Plus subscription, you don't need to upgrade your account.

But if you used to have a Business trial, which expired, you are probably in locked state, so now, to get back to your Plus subscription, you'll need to "disband your team".

Disbanding your team will get you back to your Plus subscription and back to syncing.

If you were the team admin on the Business trial, you can disband the team, by following these steps.

    Hello,

Disbanding the team has solved my issue. Thank you very much.

I can now preview my files in Bridge.

However, I don't see my dropbox folders under my dropbox icon on the left in Bridge. So it's still difficult for me to navigate in Dropbox from my Bridge application. Can you help me with this?

I'm happy to see that disbanding the team, helped, misstheo1!

Did the Dropbox application finish syncing the change in the folder structure after the disband?

What's the sync status of the app, when you hover over your Dropbox icon?
