Hey mofabio - sorry to hear about this.
Can you clarify your computer's exact OS version and the status and version of your Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray?
Also, have you ensured that this is not caused by an antivirus, a firewall or even a VPN/proxy setting?

PC with windows 11, dropbox version 217.4.4417. I think there is not a problem of firewall or antivirus, I have tried different internet connections from which with other PCs Dropbox works

Have you tried reinstalling the app since you first noticed this mofabio?
If you did and this persists, you can also attempt a clean, advanced reinstall too.
