It's Ventura OS 13.2.1
The other user has a different user profile/login, so I guess they're using the same Dropbox.app stored in Applications, just with more success than me!
Both of our accounts have been migrated into this MacBook, she from an old MacBook Air running Big Sur, me from this machine, running Ventura (via a Hard Disk copy, as this machine was wiped and a fresh OS installed yesterday).
