This issue existed with Mac OS 15.3.1 which I have been using for a while and was using when I created the post about 50 minutes ago. After I made the post, I decided to update my mac to Mac OS Sequoia 15.4, and the issue persists.
I did restart my computer and I can repeat this behavior of the app quitting repeatedly.
Command-Q with the Transfer window open quits Dropbox App in the mac.

Octave Music, can you send over a full screenshot of the Dropbox Transfer window you see on your end, before pressing Command-Q?

Thanks for that! It sounds expected that pressing Command Q quits the Dropbox app as a result, since it’s generally used to exit a program.
However, please correct me if I’m wrong, you mentioned that clicking on the red X button on the Transfer window, closes it normally, right?
