Send for signature on google docs coming with Error 7b5c-c840

Please help we use this as a daily business work flow and were getting an Error 7b5c-c840 when we are trying to send for signature

    Hi there JC32, sorry to hear about this.

     

    Could you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running, and let us know if you still get the same error?

     

    If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

      Cleared the cache disabled Extensions I only have Dropbox enabled

      Error 8cb9-3ff8

      Still unable to send for signature

      Hey thats the first thing we tried, the error code has now changed to 6516-a72e, It happends when i press the SEND FOR SIGNATURE BUTTON, its definitely the service, as my staff are using microsoft and I am using a mac and still have the same issue.
