Send for signature on google docs coming with Error 7b5c-c840

Please help we use this as a daily business work flow and were getting an Error 7b5c-c840 when we are trying to send for signature

Cleared the cache disabled Extensions I only have Dropbox enabled

Error 8cb9-3ff8

Still unable to send for signature
