Signatures: Can only add up to one signer

Hello. When I upload a new doc for signature, an alert pops up saying I can only add up to one signer. I've been able to add multiple signers up until now. Appreciate your ideas on how to fix this. Thanks! Sheila

Can you not download and try say Chrome?

Its really the only way to see if its a local issue or not.

Another thing to try is deleting all cache and temp internet files.

Hey SheilaSheridan, thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the message you're getting?

Are you doing this from your Dropbox Sign account or from the Signatures page on dropbox.com?

Also, what kind of plan do you have?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Here's a screenshot of the issue. I typically have no problem quickly adding both signers. I have a basic plan and still have 2 more docs available for signature this month. Appreciate your help!

      Thanks for the screenshot, Sheila.

If you try this from a different browser, do you get the same error?

I only have access to Safari. I've used signatures via Safari with no issue for several years. Including last month, until this message appeared. I've deleted and reloaded the file to see if that changes anything and it does not. Thank you.

I have an older Mac and don't have enough storage to upgrade my iOS to be able to download Chrome. Good news: Cleaning out my Safari cache fixed the problem. Thanks so much for your help!
