Support online-only files for ARM (Snapdragon) processors
We are currently unable to use Dropbox on Windows Surface Pro Devices with Snapdragon Processors as they do not allow for Online-Only files. This causes the entirety of their files to sync to the device and renders the device unusable as all disk space is consumed.

I have this issue too. Dropbox app does not let users choose online or offline for specific files and folders. In addition, as it says above all files try to sync, thus filling the hard drive. As a long time Dropbox user who just updated my computer, I am frustrated and will have to choose another software if this is not remedied soon. Thank you

Hey rtech303 and JAXSIMON, thanks for your feedback.
I just wanted to let you know that our team is aware of an ongoing issue affecting ARM architecture and are currently working on a solution.
You can keep an eye on this thread for any updates.
In the meantime, as a workaround, you can download the Dropbox app from the Microsoft store.
I hope this helps!

Thank you. Do you mean we should download the "Lite" app from the MS store? (Because the full version has these issues, right?)

Hi everyone! The issue has now been fixed.
If you haven't done so yet, please ensure that you're running the latest stable version available, and if the behavior persists for you, please report back so that we can log a help request for further review.
Thanks for your patience while the team was looking into this!
