Hi Everyone,
Yes, I am also facing the famous error message "there was a problem completing this request".
I just switched from an Macbook to a Windows laptop. I freshly installed windows 10 ...

So I got it sorted now, I guess it had something to do with my own network at home. I was able to login from the office without a problem.

Yes I checked. The account I want to sign in to, is our business account so it’s not a free plan.

3 years agoHey JohnnyDrama, since you're referring to a Dropbox for Business teams account, could it be that your team's admin has set device approvals from their end? Have you checked with them directly? '
If that's not the case, you could try creating a brand new OS profile on your computer and installing the desktop app there.
