Tried using referrals but all are Ineligible

Trying to get some extra space using referrals. Sent them to my family members, but all of them appear as Ineligible. I know that for one of them there was a fresh install (never had Dropbox on that ...

This can happen if you're all trying to claim referrals from within the same network. One of the Dropboxers may be able to open a ticket for you when they see this thread.
