Waiting to be linked to a dropbox account
Just setting up a new W10 laptop and trying to install dropbox and sync my files. I have downloaded the latest version of the app 165.4.4300.
The Dropbox icon in the system tray is greyed out. Ope...

Any security apps installed on it that might be blocking Dropbox?

Hi Hannah,
thank you for prompt response, I am new in using Mac, I never installed any security apps yet, and been explore around and I don't find something similar to "Windows Defender" in this OS, also just received and installed latest Ventura 13.5.2.
and retried to sign in in DropBox with no success,

Hi Udiek_Widh, have you also checked the steps Hannah mentioned here?
Could you try to access your app's settings, and then go directly into your Account tab to check if you can sign in that way? If not, feel free to send me a screenshot of the message you receive on your end.
