- 2 years agoSo the problem seems to have been when using Google sign in, I got it working when I just signed in using the old fashioned way of entering you email and then password.

Hi Nancy,
Step1: Open Dropbox App
Step2: Open excel file saved on Dropbox
Step3: Open with excel
Step4: Sign in
Step5: Error I'll upload the error message now

Have you tried reinstalling both apps and/or clearing their cache?

Yes I have uninstalled both apps and cleared the cache and got the same error.

Hey Redhotpaddy, are you having an issue with any file, or is this issue only occurring for Excel files?
Also, do you use the same email address for both Dropbox and Google/Microsoft?
