Can I reference a workbook cell in another workbook that other people can access?

When referencing an external workbook cell from another workbook, the string that is entered is of the form 'Users/mikegoosebumps/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox-ESDT/Mike Goosebumps/Folder/[shared_folder_name]'. which works fine for me but if others load the Excel workbook, this obviously doesn't work.

Is there a string that can be used in place of the above to dynamically reference to the the shared folder [shared_folder_name]?

An added complication is I'm using Mac and colleague are Windows users?

No. Sorry. Simply put these files are local to you on your machine (hence the \users location folder). Every other persons folder location will be separate and even within a shared folder they could be different as people can rename/move them AND the would be within the \user directory (and Windows equivalent).
