Hi Phlurim, thanks for messaging the Community.

 

There is this article which describes which files can be previewed on the mobile app.

 

As to why certain files aren't working, it might be related to those files in particular, or some other reason we're not aware of.

Hi Jay,

 Can you answer the great question being provided here? I have the same question.

Is there a single document available that explains all the steps necessary to make sure Dropbox will present a standard, consistent list of the entire file content of my Dropbox to the same apps on my Mac and iPad.
