Hi...

Can you try to close and re-open the Dropbox Passwords app on your device(s). When you re-open the app, are your passwords now synced?
When did the syncing problem start occurring?

I've tried closing and reopening many times but it still doesn't work.
I also restarted the device but it still didn't work.
I don't think this is a new problem because when I started installing the Dropbox Passwords app and adding new accounts to Dropbox Passwords on the computer, the accounts never appeared on the Dropbox Passwords app on the phone. It has never synchronized data between devices.
