Same here. I work in IT support. This is on Windows machines.
We have a client with Dropbox Business Plus and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. In the "Other file store" area of Acrobat, we have chosen "Add file storage" and can successfully add the Dropbox account. However the users can only see their personal (business) Dropbox folder, but not any of the Dropbox Team Folders. And there is no way to navigate "up" so to speak.
There are other ways to access the files in the Dropbox Teams Folders, but it requires navigating through the Dropbox web interface or installing the sync agent. This is not something we want to do in all cases. It seems a pretty useless connection feature to integrate with Adobe if a critical component for almost all business users is missing.
More concerning is the lack of any further response to this issue.

In this instance, we would recommend that you contact Adobe for further assistance, in order to update their integration to support the new file system for the Dropbox team folders.
