Hello LordRugby, let's see what we can do here.
Could there be a VPN, firewall, security app, or antivirus restricting traffic to any of our official domains?
Also, make sure that you don't have any third party browser extensions or plugins that could be affecting this.
Have a look and let me know of any updates, thanks! - RHW15 years agoExplorer | Level 4
I have exactly the same problem. It started suddenly after using the Dropbox extension for a long time. I have no trouble visiting the Dropbox website or adding files to it.
Help!

Hi RHW1, could you try uninstalling the extension, rebooting the browser, and re-installing it to see if it helps? - LordRugby5 years agoHelpful | Level 6

I get the same error message. I have re-installed the extension and it still refuses to connect. Will not work in Edge or Chrome. I am on windows 7 pro

I have the same issue, this is what I did to try to fix it with no success
-Reset all of my network settings
-Deleted Chrome 3 times - including local files (and then re-installed)
-Cleared cache and cookies
-Removed and re-added extension
-Had my brother in another state and network freshly add the extension(he had the same problem)
I have 3 support tickets out right now and not a single one has been answered, it has been over 24 hours, this is clearly a chrome extension issue on their end

I can confirm, from 2 different computers with this same issue, that your suggested fix does not work
