In the Adobe app, tap Files at the bottom. At the top left you'll see Locations. Tap that and you'll see an option for Dropbox. Tap it to sign in. If you're already signed in, swipe left on Dropbox and you'll see an option to sign out.

Hi Rich, can you share with me how I would link it through the Adobe App.? I'm in settings, but can seem to find where to do it. Thanks again for all the help and hope you have a nice evening.

Hi Rich,
Hope all is well for you.
The connectivity issue has started up again and now it shows unable to connect even with our work-around. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks for all the help.

Hey kpatrick, sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this again.
Have you tried signing out of Dropbox from the Adobe app, and then reconnecting the apps once again? Maybe toggling it will do the trick.
Let us know how it goes - thanks!

What worked? I have this issue. I've disconnected, reconnected and deleted and reinstalled both apps. No joy.

Hey there 2045E, thanks for joining the discussion!
Can you just let me know which version of the Dropbox app you have installed and your current iOS version?
Also, does this occur for all of your PDF files or only specific ones?
If you can, please provide me with a brief step-by-step of the actions that you're taking when you get this error if it differs at from what the OP described.
Cheers!
