In the Adobe app, tap Files at the bottom. At the top left you'll see Locations. Tap that and you'll see an option for Dropbox. Tap it to sign in. If you're already signed in, swipe left on Dropbox and you'll see an option to sign out.

What worked? I have this issue. I've disconnected, reconnected and deleted and reinstalled both apps. No joy.

Hey there 2045E, thanks for joining the discussion!
Can you just let me know which version of the Dropbox app you have installed and your current iOS version?
Also, does this occur for all of your PDF files or only specific ones?
If you can, please provide me with a brief step-by-step of the actions that you're taking when you get this error if it differs at from what the OP described.
Cheers!
