You can follow the steps in this article if you wish to disable Accessibility for the Dropbox desktop application.
Regarding Dropbox Rewind, it's possible that Accessibility might need to be enabled for that feature to function.

It would be great to read how Dropbox rewind works. Perhaps there is a link you can provide? Then I'll deal with the ACCESSIBILITY setting! Thanks.
