Missing folders in Canva
When I try to connect the Canva app to Dropbox, only my personal folder is synched instead of the entire Dropbox (business). We work with a team of 4 that can see/edit the entire Dropbox and I'm the ...

4 years agoHi Marijke95, it's possible that Canva isn't able to connect to the Dropbox Business team folders or spaces to their service via the Dropbox API.
I'd recommend contacting them for them to look into this matter further on their end.

I have the same issue and its a real deal-breaker as it means my team are seeing my personal Dropbox folders and not the Dropbox for Business folders. Seems no way to change it - even logged into Dropbox for Business and have integrated to Canva that way. Seems this integration is thoroughly broken
