Missing name and email address columns from CSV file when bulk sending.

Hi, I'm trying to do a bulk send, but when I upload the CSV file it says:  Missing required column: Employee name Missing required column: Employee email_address   But I already have that 2...

If you haven't already, can you please take a look at this Help Center article? 

If you’re still having the same issue after that, I’d like a screenshot of the error you’re getting and a screenshot of the headers in your CSV file (please make sure to mask the rest of the data showing in it). 

Keep me in the loop for any updates.

    Can you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running, and let us know if you get the same results?

        Hey again, CarlosC1515! Can you also send me a screenshot of the merge fields in your template? I’d like to check everything and see if there’s any issue with the formatting that results in the error you’re getting.
