While Dropbox doesn't have a built-in solution for this (especially for team accounts), one option you could consider is using tools like CloudMounter. It allows you to mount both Google Drive and Dropbox as local drives, so you can transfer files between them directly, without the need to download everything to your computer. It's a bit more manual but can still be a solid solution. Apart from that, if you're comfortable with tech stuff, you could explore using the Google Drive and Dropbox APIs to set up a more automated transfer process. But that’s a bit of work and not the easiest route unless you’re familiar with coding.
