Music player can't find mp3 files in Apps
I have a music player called Tempo Slowmo which usually downloads files fromDropbox. Lately, when I try to download, there are no files to be seen. I store these files in Apps>Tempo SlowMo. Normally when I click on the Dropbox logo in Tempo SlowMo, it brings up the files in Apps>Tempo SlowMo for me to download the one I want. However recently, when I click the Dropbox logo, nothing shows. Has soemthing changed?

Hey Jamb0tam - sorry to hear about this.
Could you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?
Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!

Do the files appear online if you go to www.dropbox.com/home ?

Yes, they appear when I open the Apps>Tempo SlowMo folder.

Do other files and folders appear in Tempo?
My suggestion would be to remove the connection with that software and re-add it. If the files are in Dropbox and you can see them then Dropbox itself is working. Its the link between the app and Dropbox which isnt - but that is controlled/set up and managed by the app itself. So, if it doesnt work you need to talk to them.

Thanks for your assistance. I’ve done as you suggested and unlinked my Tempo from Dropbox and reconnected it. When I tried to download a file it told we there were no files in my Dropbox folder. I’m assuming that all being well in the Dropbox files, it must be a Tempo problem. I’ll try and find the owner of the app and try him for a solution.
