Salesforce Dropbox installed package root directory changed
We use the Salesforce Dropbox installed package and the root directory has changed after an upgrade last year. Now some files go to the old and some to the new root. How can we establish a consistent root directory

We’re using the Salesforce Dropbox installed package, and after an upgrade last year, the root directory changed. As a result, some files are being directed to the old root while others go to the new one. How can we establish a consistent root directory moving forward? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Hi KristyAdmin and hdstockimages!
I came across this post and I wanted to jump in here. Can I ask, by "Root Directory", are you talking about where your Dropbox folder is located or something else?
And can you clarify on what "files are being directed to the old root" means? Are 3rd party apps besides Dropbox saving to the old root or is Dropbox is syncing the old root?
I just want to make sure I know the exact issue so I can assist properly. - Neal6 months ago
