The Dropbox Badge does not appear on MS Word files on certain computers with Windows 10 Pro.

In my company, on most computers running Windows 10 Pro with Dropbox version 212.4.5767 and various Office packages, the blue badge does not appear when opening Word files. I haven’t been able to determine if the issue is caused by Windows, Office, or Dropbox. However, it affects most computers. Please help me find a solution to resolve this issue, as my colleagues actively use this feature. Thank you.

    Hi Megan

Yes, we tried the steps mentioned in the above article but didn't work.

Then we tried uninstalling and installing the dropbox again but no luck.

It is strange, both the Apps belongs to Office (Excel and Word), and working in Excel but not in Word is not making any sense.

Can you please help me on this as my entire team is struggling due to this issue and we are not able to proceed with our daily tasks.

    Thanks
