Unable to add comments to Google Docs
While working on Google Doc files that I created within Dropbox, I am unable to successfully utilize the "add comments" feature. I am able to insert a comment and type information into the comment box, however when I click the "save" button, I receive the following error message:
After clicking the "Reload" button, the page refreshes and the comment is no longer available/did not save properly.
Editing within the document is working normally.
My internet connection is stable and strong; this happens with multiple documents. Seems like an issue with the integration between Dropbox and Google. Anyone know what is going on and how to fix it?

Megan I contacted Support yesterday and opened Ticket #15761752: Dropbox Support Chat.
After doings so, I noticed that the issue seems to have resolved itself, so I'll be closing out this ticket.
We were able to workaround the issue by: downloading the affected (Google Doc) file, working on it offline (in Word), then re-uploading to Dropbox. On the uploaded (and updated) version, we were able to to open in Google Docs and use the Comment tool.

We've had the same issues with documents becoming inaccessible and having to copy them and disregard the old one.
The other ongoing issue is that Google Docs created in Dropbox don't work in Google Workspace. It's really quite ridiculous!
