"word for the web" not working - error message: "sorry, we ran into a problem"
Has anyone else had this error message when trying to edit a document online?
Trying to open in "word for the web" application, which normally works fine, but getting "sorry, we ran into a problem".
Have tried the usual (different browsers, different tabs, restarting computer, logging out + in again etc) but no joy...
Huge inconvenience - would appreciate help. Thanks

No incidents have been reported for our systems today, so this is quite strange indeed.
Are you having this issue only with Word for the web or other MS Office web apps as well?
And is it affecting all your Word files or specific ones?
Are you having any issues previewing other types of files?
