Access deceased family account
Hi there, I hope you are well. I would like to access my deceased fathers account, as he has so many pictures that mean a lot to me and my Mum. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Man...

I'm sorry for your loss.
If you don't have access to the Dropbox folder on your father's computer, then you would need to request access to the account from Dropbox directly. Refer to the following help article.

Really appreciate you getting back to me. I did go down this route and raise a ticket some time ago but to no avail.
