Allow Dropbox Family plans to add additional storage.
This is an easy money-maker for Dropbox. Right now, for some unknown reason, there's a storage cap for Dropbox Family Plans. Why? Makes no sense.

Dropbox is currently de-emphasizing their Family plan because they found out that āsome business users were using it as a loophole to obtain licenses at lower costā (quoting Dropbox Q4 2023 earnings call transcript). One can also independently confirm this by noticing there is no mention of the Family plan on the Dropbox pricing page.
It is then safe to assume we wonāt be seeing any improvements (like the ability to add more storage, for instance) to the Family plan anytime soon.
