Can I add more space to my Business trial or renew early?
Currently on a Dropbox Business trial, until Nov 24, but want to move 30TB of data to my account.
I cannot seem to add more storage, assuming because I'm in a trial, and cannot contact support.

Thanks Hannah, there is no option to renew to a paid subscription and I cannot purchase addons.
Thanks

2 years agoThanks for the update, db2024ukmcr.
Can you check if this page allows you to renew? Or does it re-direct you to your billing page?
- db2024ukmcr2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Thanks, it takes me to the plans page where I can see the different plans, but if I click on ‘buy now’ it takes me to the billing page, with the message; If you’d like to manage your plan, please contact support.

What options to you see when trying to contact our Support? In any case, if you're having trouble I can open a ticket on my end for you, just let me know.

It says there are no support options on my plan.
