Can I add more space to my Business trial or renew early?

Currently on a Dropbox Business trial, until Nov 24, but want to move 30TB of data to my account.  I cannot seem to add more storage, assuming because I'm in a trial, and cannot contact support.  ...

Can you check if this page allows you to renew? Or does it re-direct you to your billing page?

Thanks, it takes me to the plans page where I can see the different plans, but if I click on ā€˜buy nowā€™ it takes me to the billing page, with the message; If youā€™d like to manage your plan, please contact support.

    What options to you see when trying to contact our Support? In any case, if you're having trouble I can open a ticket on my end for you, just let me know.
