Can I get a refund for my Dropbox plan?
I know Dropbox has no refund policy, but since I've been billed annually for my Dropbox subscription for many years, it was just renewed less than a month ago and I now need to cancel. Financially I've realized I am already paying for Microsoft 365 that has One Drive for storage options and I don't need two different platforms for storage. I would love to respectfully request a refund. I cannot find anywhere on the website where I can contact Dropbox for this request, no phone numbers, no emails, no chat, etc. I'm not sure where to turn.

Hi BeckyBec, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
