Cancelled free trial but it was supposed to downgrade when the trial period was over.
I applied for free for a month today,
I canceled the pricing plan, so I came back to Basic right away.
According to the regulation, if you signed up with a credit card, it will change to Dropbox Basic pricing plan at the end of the trial period, why did you immediately return to Basic version?
Can I use the Professional pricing plan for free for a month again?
But my free month was canceled right away.
According to the customer center, if you signed up using a credit card, your account will change at the end of the trial period. If you signed up using PayPal, your account will change immediately, and I used a credit card.
I applied for a month of free professional pricing plan today, but I canceled it right away, so I couldn't even use it.
Can't I use it for another month?

Hey Taeryong, thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear about this.
I'm afraid we won't be able to re-instate your trial from our end. Have you considered opening a new Dropbox account with another email address of yours and starting a new trial?
Do you remember if you used a mobile trial (using Apple or Google Store) or if you started the trial directly from our website?

I started the trial version through the website.
According to the customer center, if you pay with a credit card, even if you cancel the payment, it will end after the experience period ends, so why was it canceled right away for me?
